New Setup Error with TV box and remote

I received XG-2v2-P, TV box and followed instructions but error message code; RDK-03013 to restart the TV box and ensure the cable connections are tight, would not correct after trying on two different televisions. The second TV box (small square device) turn on instantly with not issues and working fine on the same TV the larger device previously connected to. How do I clear this issue?
