New Receiver - getting Failed to Download image - RDK-03011-2

Just installed an additional TV receiver - Getting the following error

RDK-0311-2 - Failed to download image

Image Name:

IP address: 169.254.88.40

Have restarted it multiple times, swapped it with a known working unit and all is good - so we know the coax cable is fine

Good afternoon, @user_a3bf89. Thanks for reaching out for assistance getting the box connected. Have you tried keeping the box plugged in and then using the Xfinity My Account app to send signals to it? Sometimes our restart and system refresh signals can clear up the on-screen error codes. It sends out a new set of files from our end to the box and refreshes the whole connection as well.

I have the same problem all too frequently.  There are way too many problems with these comcast boxes.

I have exchanged 2 boxes recently but still have the same problems and maybe a couple new ones.

If this were my product, I would be ashamed.
