New LG TV 7670 model displays "No Signal" "Please check the power of the external and cable connection status"
I have the following equipment hooked up as follows:
1) LG TV 7670 connected to my Sony HT-CT660 sound bar via the HDMI ARC (install option suggested by both LG and Sony)
2) Xfinity X1 Box with XR15 remote connected to Sony HT-CT660 sound bar on HDMI 2
3) Sony PS5 connected to Sony HT-CT660 sound bar on HDMI 3
The problem I am having with the programmed XR15 remote is: The remote turns on everything without much delay (i.e. tv, bar, box). However, when II select the off button, the TV does not turn off and I get the following message on the screen " no signal" "Please check the power of the external and cable connection status".
I am ready to get my old Harmony remote out. Looking for suggestions.
Thanks, Fred
I have tried other program codes, resetting the remote, and moving the cable HDMI from HDMI 2 to HDMI 3. No luck.

@user_712034 Thanks for reaching out to us for help with the remote trouble controlling the TV to turn off the devices. I have the same issue on my TV that has a sound bar, however I am using a XR11 remote, so I don't think it's specific to the model or pairing that you have, but how our device is cycling the commands when the power button is pressed. As a work around after I press the power button to turn off the devices, I press the TV power to turn off the TV. Unfortunately the XR15 does not have this individual TV power button.
If you press power again after trying to turn off the TV, cable box, and sound bar, does the TV remain on still and the other devices come back on or does the TV turn off and the other devices turn on. Essentially making them out of sync with each other (devices on while the TV is off)
I would love to bring this example to our engineering team for help. Could you please send me a private/direct message with your name and service address?
