New customer- Horrible picture quality

Pixelated picture.

Hello, been a customer for 5 days, and ready to switch back to ATT.

The picture looks like a Teams video. Black teeth, trailing movements...  been back to the store... switched to a different new box.

we have the line running through the window.

Now they want to charge me $40 to send out a tech to look at the lines  OUTSIDE my house.  Not happening.

Netflix and Disney work great. No picture quality issues.

We don't know what else to do.

@Aekmloa, Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your video picture issue. I am very sorry for the delay in our response and truly appreciate all of your patience. I can see how frustrating going through 2 devices and several visits to the store can be, then to get told there would be a charge to send a tech out would be equally as frustrating. I would love to get to the bottom of the service issues and improve upon your experience as a new customer with us. We value you and are glad to have you with us and I would most certainly love the opportunity to turn this around. Can you please reach out through private message(you can find out how with this link https://comca.st/3cfQp4T)  with your first and last name, name as it reads on the account if different and the numbers associated to the service address?
