New customer- Horrible picture quality
Hello, been a customer for 5 days, and ready to switch back to ATT.
The picture looks like a Teams video. Black teeth, trailing movements... been back to the store... switched to a different new box.
we have the line running through the window.
Now they want to charge me $40 to send out a tech to look at the lines OUTSIDE my house. Not happening.
Netflix and Disney work great. No picture quality issues.
We don't know what else to do.
