New cable box says welcome then no signal
Storm yesterday took out the power and cable (tv & internet). Once power et al were restored , the internet came back but when I turn on the tv & cable box, I get the Welcome message then it goes to “no signal”. Thinking it was a problem with the box, I swapped it for a new one at the xfinity store. The new box does the exact same thing. I tried different coax cables, hdmi cables, hdmi tv inputs, and tried a different tv….. same result. What is the problem?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
