New cable box not working

Have purchased new coaxial cable. Have detached, reattached, rebooted everything multiple times. WiFi and tv working fine. Just swapped out old cable box for new one today, because old one was not working.

To help narrow this down, are you seeing any specific error code or error message on the TV screen? If so, please let me know what it says, or feel free to share a photo of the message. Also, since your WiFi and other TV services appear to be working properly, that information may help us determine whether the issue is isolated to the newly installed cable box.
