Netflix

I have not been able to open the Netflix app for 4 days. I keep getting a message saying, Tempoarily having a problem opening app, please try again later in a few minutes. Error Code App04154. All my other apps open without a problem

is this using an X1 set top box or some other device? (please name the device)

It is an X-1 Box which I have had no problems with for 8 months.

Hi @BillV2! We appreciate you for posting to the Xfinity Forum. I wanted to check in to see if this error has cleared on your end or if you're still unable to access Netflix? 

 

If you still can't access Netflix, have you tried to Fix Your TV Service Using the Xfinity My Account App or an X1 System Refresh

Still not working. I had a tech come to the house this week and he could not figure out the problem. He replaced the modem but that didn't help. He pushed it to the next level and I'm waiting for that call. Thanks.
