Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Max, Disney+ and Hulu missing from "Apps" on X1 box...

This morning, I was going to look for something on Prime Video. However, when I clicked on "Apps" via the Xfinity button on the X1's remote, none of the third party apps are found there anymore. I did not receive any notification or correspondence that they were being removed.

After a lot of searching, I managed to find Netflix, Hulu and Prime Video (but NOT Disney+ or some of the others) as a selection under ON DEMAND and scrolling down about five or six rows to "Streaming Online Services."

What happened?

Is this merely an oversight by Xfinity? I only renewed my contract under the understanding that these would be available in one place via the X1 box (since it doesn't count toward any internet service cap through Xfinity).

Same thing happened to me today.  I went online to xfinity and was advised to refresh my devises.  It took about 10 minutes and then those apps showed up again.  But Prime Video won’t play, keep getting an error message.  Netflix works.  Haven’t tried the others.

Good morning, @user_6fdc5c, and thank you for reaching out regarding your third-party apps not showing up as normal on your X1 devices. I'm glad to see that you received some helpful information through our online chat team! You mentioned that your Prime app still isn't working and you're receiving an error message. Have you tried any additional troubleshooting steps over the past couple of days to resolve this, or are you still seeing that error message? -Macey
