Netflix previews

Why don’t previews play anymore for netflix on my cable box?

I’ve seen the issue on other forums, but I never saw how to resolve it.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out for help with Netflix Previews. Not all features are availble with the app on X1 since it is a 3rd party application. I enjoy the previews, as it helps with determining if I want to start watching the program, and I hope it becomes availble again soon.

@XfinityBrandon​ I understand that not all features are available because Netflix is a third party. But, it was a feature that was previously available with Xfinity. I just want to know how to get it back. X1 is the only platform that doesn’t play the previews.

@BSmitty22, I understand, and the preview is not availble on X1 at the moment. There are not any reported issues with this being something that needs to be addressed. Have you gone into your Netflix settings, and ensured you have "preview" enabled on all devices? Have you tired to speak to Netflix about this, and asked if they know the preview is not working on X1?
