Netflix not loading… again

Netflix not loading again for streaming. Worked earlier today and exited halfway through a movie and won’t reload with x1 rest of day. All other streaming services are fine and can view Netflix app on my iPhone (but won’t as screen too small). It’s a Comcast issue and I want to know when it will be resolved and my account credited.

Howdy user_j0ldi9 👋 I appreciate you taking the time to let us know how Netflix has been acting for you on the X1 equipment, and definitely want to help get you back to your movie because I know exactly how annoying it is to be cutoff like that! Up to this point, have you attempted to reset your X1 box by unplugging the power briefly before plugging it back in?
