Netflix Error Code on X1 Wireless Box
We are more often than not getting an error code stating that there’s an error when trying to connect to Netflix (error code NW 2-5) through our X1 box. The service will work fine for days, then stop working completely and nothing we do to troubleshoot works consistently to fix the problem (rebooting the box and/or rebooting the modem). Then days later the issue will seemingly be resolved, until it stops working again. Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks for meeting us in our community, @ImMrsKeo. Sorry to hear about the trouble with Netflix. The Netflix error NW-2-5 seems to mean there is a network connection error which is keeping Netflix from connecting using your internet. It is recommended you check your coaxial cabling connections behind the modem, and to the wall. Verify that all connectors are secure and finger tight. If there is a splitter, you may want to swap it out for a new one. You can also look to see if the cables are damaged, kinked or severely bent. This would also cause an issue with the internet connection. Let us know if you have any questions.
