Netflix Error Code on X1 Wireless Box
We are more often than not getting an error code stating that there’s an error when trying to connect to Netflix (error code NW 2-5) through our X1 box. The service will work fine for days, then stop working completely and nothing we do to troubleshoot works consistently to fix the problem (rebooting the box and/or rebooting the modem). Then days later the issue will seemingly be resolved, until it stops working again. Anyone else having this issue?
