Netflix does not work anymore on our PXD01ANI 2nd tv box

Netflix does not work anymore on our PXD01ANI 2nd tv box.
app opens , keeps spinning.

turned off tv box, then on again after few minutes, does not help.

reset all tv and internet via The Xfinity app.. did not help
