Netflix app not loading
Having the same issue others have had re Netflix app. My app is not via Roku etc— it is via the Cable Box. And I don’t have a separate subscription to Netflix — so I can’t quite sign ojt and sign back in. It is part of my package
1. assistant said box needed upgrade — waited 45 mins for hardware update
Nothing — and got disconnected
any way to fix this?

Greetings, Shiva81! I apologize you have not been able to use Netflix on your TV box. We certainly want that working. Have you tried to reset the TV box or send a System Refresh signal? Those can be found by pressing "A" on the remote which brings up the Help section. You can also troubleshoot and send signals using the handy Xfinity app.
If you have already tried those steps, the next step would be to Reset Netflix. You can also find that under the "A" button on the remote. When you reset Netflix, you will have to sign in again. Though your subscription is billed through us, you would still have a Netflix ID and password from when you first set that up. You can visit the Netflix site if you need your login information or to reset the password for the account you have billed through us.
