Netflix account changes users and language

Our connected Netflix account changes users and language from English to Spanish. It is as if someone else's account is connected to our account. I know that the email associated with the account was auto changed by Xfinity. 

We have had to create a new separate Netflix account to keep our profiles and viewing history. 

Tried getting Xfinity to change our account but they were not able to. 

Had anyone what had this issue?
