Need a XG1v4 box

I am requesting an XG1v4 (4K Wired DVR). I have a 4K HDR10 television and require the wired coaxial connection and local hard drive storage that only the XG1v4 provides.  I have 150 hours of Cloud DVR storage on my plan. I have attempted to swap this in-store multiple times but have only been offered older non-4K models.
