NBA League Pass/NHL Center Ice

These channels rarely tune in.  Can someone at Xfinity explain why the paid for sports channels never come in?  All I ever get is the three dots.  Unplugging the box, restarting the box, system refresh, etc. have no effect.  I've probably lost out on nearly 50% of available games this year because the channels don't tune in.  This was never a problem until the X-1 service began, but since upgrading to X1 this is a problem every year.  For a company that brags about it's technology it's lower quality than 1980s cable.  I should be getting a massive refund as I'm not getting the service I've paid for.
