My xfinity service keeps going out every two weeks

Why is my xfinity keep going out every couple of weeks? My signal is excellent!

Hello @user_4h3fu8 Are you getting notifications regarding service interruptions in the area? When it is related to an area wide interruption steps to check that can be found here. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage

 

Those interruptions are typically already being fixed as they are happening and you can setup notifications for when they are resolved. If you are not seeing report interruptions in the area we may want to dig deeper into the connection to see what else may be happening. But we would need more information about what is happening on your end.
