My X1 DVR box keeps rebooting

It's brand new since I started my service in March(?) but I had no problems with it until today. It runs a bit hot and I think I have adequate airflow and nothing major is blocking it. If I unplugged it, it'll take awhile to "reset" itself then operate normally until it reboots again. My internet is fine since I can use it but my TV service is not.

Have not heard of that issue before on the forum. you could try swapping it out. does it feel extremely hot to the touch when it has a problem? is it stacked on other devices that are hot?
