MY X1 Box Does not Power up

Please Help...I am sure one  my X1 Boxes has failed as it doesnt power up...I have plugged and unplugged....How do I get it replaced?

I cant get through to anyone live in Tech support????

have you unplugged the power supply and taken it and the set top box to another outlet to see if the set top box LED's etc come on?

TY for responding...Yes. Did all the testing and in reverse too...I took another X1 I have on another set and it worked fine.

Simply a bad Box.

 

Need to no how to exchange and get a new one all places seem to be closed....

Will a retail store do it?

 

You cannot get throug the Auto attendant  and Bots to even be able to talk to anyone.

 

Any ideas?

A box would have to be sent out to you. All stores are closed because of the pandemic. It’s been escalated to an Official Employee to help you out
