My tv service to work

This is day 5 of having no TV service. My internet works fine. I have the X1 box. I can see the on demand menu and even current program description on my screen but I can’t see the program and don’t get any sound. When I try to change the channel I get an xre-00021 error - every time. This is my third attempt to get my problem rectified. I have been told twice on 2 different days that there is an “outage” which is clearly a lie. First I was told that it was an unexpected outage and they were working to fix it. Then in the same conversation they changed the story to it was a scheduled out and service would be restored by a certain time. Also lies. The lies amount to fraud. My money, and a lot of it, is being taken and no service is being provided. No real attempt has been made to fix the problem. This is your last chance.

user_dnuhu4 Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your TV services, and not receiving clear communication for the cause of your concerns. The Xfinity app is a great resource to get updates about service irruptions happening in your area. The XRE-00021 error usually appears when there is a concern with a certain channel. Are you having the viewing issue on all channels, or just a few?
