My secondary TV box has forgotten how to pause and rewind

Hi, my PX032ANI TV box has forgotten how to pause and rewind while watching live TV.  When I try, I'm getting a "this set-top box doesn't support it" error message.  I was thinking this was an erroneous message (since I used to be able to pause and rewind), so I rebooted both boxes...but that hasn't fixed it.  Anybody else experiencing this phenomenon?

Hello, Frylock62. Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have been experiencing while trying to pause and rewind live TV content. Is this happening on all programming or just a particular channel?

Thanks for responding.  It happens on all channels...but like I said, only on my "secondary box."  The "primary"/DVR still works as expected.

No, I haven't made any changes...but I did notice that it looks like the firmware on the box was updated on 3/20/24.  I can't remember when I first noticed that the pause and rewind features had stopped working, but that date's in the ballpark.

Frylock62 Thank you for those details. If the PX032ANI TV box has forgotten how to pause and rewind while watching live TV, there are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue. First, confirm that there is an SD card present in the TV box. The SD card is located on the back of the device in a slot labeled "Instant Replay." If the SD card is missing, re-insert it to re-enable pause/rewind functionality. Additionally, make sure that your subscription includes DVR service. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it is recommended to restart the device and try again. Please us know if you continue to have issues.

Shoot...still not working.  I never noticed the SD card before, but sure enough it's there.  I powered the box down, re-inserted the card, and then powered it up again, but still getting the "not supported" error.  I also checked my bill and I am paying $10/mo for the DVR service.
