My second X1 box in a week will not boot up.
My second X1 box in a week will not boot up. Stuck on "Welcome" for a number of minutes, then "Sorry, there seems to be some trouble"
Refresh won't work because system can't find the box.
What can be done? The box simply doesn't work. Old box it replaced is fine.
