My remote pause button doesn't stop the fast forward and reverse.

Thanks for meeting us here in our community, @user_ruiuic, about the trouble with your remote. You have reached the right team to help get the remote working again. Does this seem like there is an issue with the program, and you can't fast-forward or rewind? I know you are not able to pause live TV if you had your program on pause longer than an hour. Or do you think the remote is damaged? Have you tried changing the batteries? If the remote is damaged, you are welcome to pick one up at your local Xfinity Store at no charge to you.
