My remote keeps unpairing. Very frustrating

Does not respond at all to pairing screen. Have to do a factory reset to start the entire setup process over again.

I posted a similar problem a few weeks ago.   Unpairing happened every week or 10 days with an XG1v4 DVR.  Swapping out the remote didn't fix the problem.  I've had  new DVR for a few days and so far, so good.  But, it'll be several more before we know if the new box was a fix.
