My new Samsung Samsung 65" Class - Q72D Series - 4K UHD QLED LCD TV will not connect to my xg1v4-a cable box.

Using this hdmi cable

Won't connect?  Does that mean you don't get picture and sound from the DVR to the TV?

Correct, no picture or sound from DVR to TV.  

TV works and I can WiFi stream from the internet but nothing from the box.

Lots of basic troubleshooting questions.  How are you connected between the box and the TV?  Does the same thing happen on all TV inputs?   Do you have another device like a disc player or streaming box you can connect to the TV to see if it gets picture and sound?

I’m using the HDMI Cable that’s pictured in the original post.  Yes, no matter which  HDMI port I use on the tv no connection.  There are no other options except a LAN line which I do not have.  The new tv does not have component connections like my old tv.  No on streaming box or other HDMI connecting items to try.

That HDMI cable is more than fine.  Any sign of life on the cable box like a light when you power it up?  If so, and you don't get any output to the TV screen, it's likely a broken box or the HDMI inputs on the TV don't work.  Can't tell which without another device to plug into the TV.
