My hdmi 1 arc says signal is not on

user_nmxymc Thanks for reaching out with your error on the TV. That message means the device you use in HDMI one is not currently on. If it's our box that uses it then it may be in sleep mode. The message is telling you the device using HDMI one is not currently sending any information to the TV.
