My Comcast cable isn't working 😕

I unplugged every cord and straightend out the mess of tangled cables and cords and plugged everything back in including the HDMI coax cable with the USB end to the Comcast unit on the wall underneath my wall mounted Insignia TV. The power is fine but when the input button is pressed it only displays a screen that should have HDMI 1  and HDMI2 available to use. I have tried to use my Xfinity Voice Remote and the input button lights up when pressed but nothing happens 🙃

might be something wired up incorrectly. first, there is no working USB jack on the x1 set top box (one customer said they had attached a keyboard and numbers worked but not usable). just make sure the coax from the wall goes to the "IN FROM CABLE" similarly labeled coax connector on the x1 set top box. then hook up the set top box "HDMI out to TV" cable (feel the click as you plug in the HDMI cable). using your TV's remote, change to HDMI1 input. press OK on your xfinity remote. have video from the set top box now?

Welcome to our community forum, @user_ff9493 and I appreciate the helpful tips, @Rustyben! Thank you for reaching out so we can help with changing the input on your TV. Did the tips help out? Are you able to change your input using your TV's remote?
