My cable

Every time I turn on my TV to go to my cable. It's a full green screen. I have tried to reboot. And I have tried a different HDMI. Cord. All other things work on my TV, because I have a firestick TV

Besides my cable isnt working.

If you don't have the great Xfinity App, I'd recommend downloading that on your mobile device or tablet. There are some wonderful self-help troubleshooting options to utilize. When troubleshooting through the App, if the system can't resolve the issue it may recommend scheduling a technician.
