My bedroom tv is not connecting to the cable
My small box in my bedroom is not connecting to Comcast. My tv is working fine as well as my wifi and internet .
When I pull the power from the cable box and reboot the light goes on and then turns off automatically. Is the box bad ?

@user_bzs9wh Good work with the troubleshooting so far. It is possible, or it can be the outlet. Are you able to try that box in the living room set up just to test? If it connects well there, it's the outlet/cables from the bedroom. If it does not connect in the living room either, it may be the box and can be replaced at any Xfinity store for free.
