My 4K box (DVR) started making a weird noise yesterday...

Fairly high pitched, thought at first it may have been smoke detector (thank god it wasn't that). I tapped the top of the box and the noise went away.

Does this mean this box may be on its last legs?

I remember having to swap out a regular DVR maybe back in 2017 due to it becoming noisy.

Are 4K DVR boxes available at my local service center? I am fortunately to be within a couple of miles from one.
