Mute Symbol suddenly appears of LG TV with Sound Bar

I've have my LG TV and Sound Bar for close to a year.  Today all of a sudden the mute symbol appared and stayed on permanently and it moves up and down.  Very distracting.  Did comcast make a change that caused this symbol to appear? Please remove it from my TV.

Thanks for replying.  I'll check out my comcast voice remote mute button.  Perhaps I need a new voice remote.

Comcast has nothing to do with symbols that are part of your tv showing up, unless there’s something wrong with the mute button on your remote

Thanks for helping us.  I turned the TV off and then on again and the mute symbol disappeared.  Weird how it appeared all of a sudden for no reason.
