Must enter PIN to get to Netflix

I just got a new box so I can watch Disney+, but have now I have an issue getting to Netflix. Every time I try to open it, it requires me to enter my PIN.

I have seen this question asked in the past but no good answer.

I have some parental controls so kids can't watch rated R movies, etc.

I have gone into settings and made sure application locks are off, and specifically verified Netflix is unlocked.

WHY IS NETFLIX LOCKED WHEN PARENTAL CONTROLS SAYS IT ISN'T?

HOW DO I GET IT TO WORK CORRECTLY?

Thank you for reaching out! Can you do me a huge favor and let me know if going resetting and then reconfiguring your Parental Controls fixes the issue? Also, can you try managing them online to see if conflicting settings are affecting your apps? Remember, you must configure your Parental Controls per box.

I went to settings, help and did a restart with no change.

I reset the parental controls and I could get into Netflix without the pin.

I then set parental controls to Teens, didn't lock any apps, and set the new pin.

Pin is required to launch Netflix again.

Thank you for attempting those steps. When you disable the pin, does Netflix still require you to enter it? I’m trying to determine if the system is getting stuck or if its just a blanket pin at this time.
