music identification

I don't know why they closed my thread on music identification not working and marked it "solved".  It isn't solved and it hasn't been working in a year.  Error message says "this box does not support music identification".  That's funny, it did for years until it stopped working.

The music identification feature is pretty attractive. Just saying "What song is this, or what song is playing" while hearing it played on one of your programs and seeing the result display on your X1 TV box is really cool. So what is happening, is that we're currently experiencing a known issue with the Music Identification feature on the X1. It is temporary unavailable. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. I am sorry that it is unavailable. I like the feature as well. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

@XfinityDaryl​    While I appreciate that "we're working on it"...it has been down for almost a year.  That isn't "temporary".

I certainly understand this has been going on for soemtime and we are working diligently to get this resolved. We will update the thread as we continue to make progress.
