Music Choice Doesn't Work On Box

The music choice channels are impossible to watch/listen to. When I use the tv box, every few seconds, the audio from the channels cut out and back, sputter, etc. But on my computer, which I really don't want to use because I like the surround sound speakers because they sound better....the music choice channels work just fine. Don't think it's the wiring, as within the last few months, they ran a new outside wire and we replaced the inside wires as well.

Doesn't make sense the same channels will work on streaming on my computer but not on the box. Any ideas ?
