Multiview
Why does t any of the xfinity associates understand the multiview feature? I have the new box and can only see 2 games. Cant add games to multiview despite the fact there are many games playing. One escalated support agent tells me my box doesn’t work, another tells they have no idea about this feature……quite honestly what a [Edited: "Language"] customer experience. I read online that this feature isn’t available. [Edited: "Soliciting"]. Xfinity has been such a let down. Have now been on hold for an hour trying to speak with a manager. Looks like managers do not want to speak with customers. Pathetic

To be transparent, Xfinity Multiview is a curated feature, meaning the games available for Multiview are pre-selected by our programming team rather than being a pick any channel feature.
