Multiview

when will I be able to select the networks I want to watch in multiview? Most of the time there are games I’m not interested in on multiview…. I want to be able to pick what I want to watch in multiview.

Let’s face it-Cable tv’s cost has gone up exponentially in the past 15 years and the quality of the product has gone exponentially done at the same rate.  I read all these posts as I looked at the multiview option on my large tv thinking this would be great-at no cost.  I learned from the posts-and the prior knowledge that consumers get [Edited: Language], that the Picture in Picture ability we had 20 years on small [Edited: Language] tv’s is not allowed.  [Edited: "Inflammatory"]  I love watching the spinning icon on my tv when I try to use your “Hi Speed” internet to watch something on an app.
Another job well done.

Xfinity only cares about one thing...profits.  To make the changes we all want to see probably means spending money to change the app.  That won't happen until they get an overwhelming number of complaints.

So I’m glad I can now select which games I want to watch in multiview; however, not all channels are available… specifically local channels like NBC Sports Philadelphia and NBC Sports Philadelphia Plus…. Will this change in the near future where the customer can select from all available channels?

I was disappointed that I couldn’t watch the Warriors and the World Series on multiview tonight. My only option was the World Series and MNF. Our channel choices seem very limited making multiview somewhat useless. Echoing the others who have commented, I hope you can expand the channel options.

Hi there, @user_yt9lph! Thank you for your feedback that you would like to be able to select specific channels or games in multiview vs. the preselected ones. We love to offer the best products and features to our customers. We have shared your request with our X1 team to see if that can be added in a future update.

Living in Chicagoland, Monday night multiview options, World series and MNF, no Chicago Bulls. Next night options WS, some NBA, but no option for Chicago Blackhawks. When might this be corrected?

EdMed Hello, were you able to add the Chicago Blackhawks to your multiview?

Not being a huge sports fan, it would be awesome if you could pick ANY 2-4 channels for multiview.

course it would be nice for multiview to work as nice in reality as it does in the ads.
