Multiple Xfinity IDs from past addresses, need to consolidate to one

I have multiple Xfinity IDs from the various addresses I’ve lived at over the past years. I am currently unable to log in successfully with any of them. I’ve tried the Xfinity chatbot but can’t get connected to a live representative without signing in, which is just what I can’t do. I need to talk to a live person — please help. None of the provided categories are accurate so I chose TV.

@dlhorowitz Thanks for adding a post. Usernames can add up, but you can find the active one for your current account with the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-change-your-username.

@XfinityBenny​ as I mentioned, I’m unable to sign in. When I click the link provided in the article, it takes me to a page where I’m already logged in, but when I then click Account and Identify I get an error message: Something unexpected happened. So I can’t make any progress. What else should I try?

@dlhorowitz, have you tried clearing your cookies and cache or trying a different browser?
