multi view feedback

Need to provide feedback on the multiview and using closed captions. Currently when CC are enabled, you end up only being able to watch 3 of the 4 programs being shown because the CC blocks the image of at least one screen. I'd like to see the CC between the 4 boxes, in that area, along the top and bottom shows boarder. That would make sense to not block all 4 channels being viewed.

Yes, it's still happening. When you pick a different audio, it moves to the top or bottom screens. I have images to share to explain what happens. It's not great to only be able to watch 3 of the 4 games when there are 4 on.

I can definitely see how closed captions covering part of one of the screens in Multiview would impact the viewing experience and make it difficult to fully enjoy all four programs at once. Your suggestion to display the captions in the space between the four viewing windows, or within the top and bottom border areas, makes a lot of sense and could help improve accessibility without obstructing any of the content. We always appreciate hearing ideas like this directly from our customers. While we don't have the ability to implement feature changes ourselves, I'd be happy to pass your feedback along to the appropriate team for review.
