Moving box
I moved my main DVR box to another room with a coax outlet already in place. I get the Welcome.Bienvenido.Bienvenue message, and boot menu and then the box says "cast" and the TV has the error rdk-03033. Does this mean this room is not connected to the Comcast service, or that there is just a connection issue?

Sorry for the issues you are having with your cable box and I would be happy to help with solving the RDK-03033 error. You may be getting that error because the new outlet isn't active, but we can try to troubleshoot before moving it to a new outlet (or back to your old one).
