Movies in list are all scrambled / mixed up.

I click on an actor to see what he / she is appearing in, click on view all, go up to "Filter" & click on "Free" & "English", then go to the right to "Sort" & click on "Most Recent". Most Recent would show movies that are newest and scroll down to the oldest. Something seemed to have happened at our end within this month (October) & got messed up. All movies shown are all mixed up. Not in order from newest to oldest. 

I did a system refresh, I did a restart, I even pulled the plug out of the box & put it back in on the tv upstairs, & my husband tried doing the same thing on the tv box downstairs. Nothing has worked. 

Anyone know what happened? 

****** Update: as of 10/31 everything is back to normal. Don't know why it happened.*******
