Moved a cable box
I moved a smaller box (not the main dvr box) to a different room and I'm getting an error code (rdk 03036), I guess the coax outlet needs to be activated? The coax line comes out of the wall and the line goes all the way to a splitter that connects everything else from the outside (modem, other tv lines).

Room outlets don't need to be activated. So, it sounds like a wiring issue. Try swapping the cables at the splitter. If you still get a signal to your main DVR but not the little box, you'll know the issue is the wiring between the splitter and the room where you moved the little box.
