MONTHS OF GETTING XRE 03062 Xfiinity support unable to resolve

Getting XRE 03062 on all TVs and all Channels for months.  Countless hours on phone with a dozen different  Xfinity "rest assured I will be the one to resolve your issue" people. FOUR technicians have made a visit and each one had some different idea of what to do. One said it was the MoCA switch, one said it had to do with the bridge mode, last one was here yesterday and replaced physical cables (inside and outside) and today we still have XRE 03062.  

 

 I need real help!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
