Monday night football on ABC did not record
why did MNF on ABC record? yes it was set to record yet it wasn't. I set it to record again as it was playing and it still didn't record.
I just checked and it is set to next MNF on ABC but will it record?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
