Missing shows

I had downloaded two DVR recorded shows onto my tablet device using the Xfinity stream app.  I  returned these so I can watch on the TV.  It is saying they are still on my device.  The  shows are no longer showing in the app but on the DVR it says that I cant watch because it is still on my device.   How do I return them back to the DVR if they are not there to return?

go to your smart device, the settings menu (gear)  and select manage devices.  do devices appear in the top part 'downloads' section? is the smart device that returned the programs inside the USA with internet connection?
