Missing DVR since May

In the beginning of May I suddenly lost all DVR access and any unwatched recordings were erased. Since then I have had three new Xi6 boxes. I called today and was sent another one. I now have access to 20 hours but not the 300 I pay for monthly. I was told by the latest phone tech that this would keep happening because all I have is the Xi6 box and it is not a DVR box. Can someone please just give me the equipment I need to get what I'm paying for!!???
