missing channels on new x1 box
Hello, I'm having some odd behavior on my primary cable box (Coax) and suspect the issue is the physical cable.
- A few days ago, my older box stopped working. The picture was just all distorted across all channels.
- I got a new box at the Xfinity store. This box never made it all the way through the setup process.
- I got another new box yesterday. This one did go through the setup but now there are inconsistencies with the channels: Yesterday post-setup I had Fox News but not Comedy Central. Today after doing a system refresh I have Comedy Central but not Fox News (there's a generic error message about not being able to connect and to try again later
Please advise

Hello, @user_eb1e71 you seem to have tried multiple attempts to correct this issue. Thank you for your efforts. I would like to perform some troubleshooting on my end and possible schedule a tech if necessary. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
