Max - No HDR/Dolby Vision/Atmos

This just happened in the last few days.  My Max account is part of my Xfinity package.  I have always gotten 4K HDR/DV/Atmos on Max content with those features.  That stopped a few days ago.  I haven't had any luck getting info from Max, so I am asking Xfinity.  Bulletinboards that I frequent are suggesting that this is affecting people who get Max through 3rd parties like Xfinity and AT&T.  

Any idea what is going on with this?

It's fixed this morning.   Others with Xfinity and AT&T are also reporting those features are back.

What are you using to get the 4K Max? I'm upgrading to 4K Xfinity boxes and was hoping to access 4K Max through them.

@BSTNFAN​ I usually access Max using my LG TV app.  But, I've tested on the Comcast XG1v4 DVR, a Roku Ultra LT, and Firestick 4K Max and they all get 4K.  No Dolby Vision with Comcast as the 4K DVR is limited to HDR10.
