Master Bulk Account Issue
Ive been trying for two days to get a cable box, activated.
The box is one of 97 on my master bulk account.
I am sick and tired of being passed around by every so called 'Support' agent.
If I don't get it activated soon, its going back to Comcast, and I'm witholding my $5,000 a month subscription until it's sorted out.
It appears not even Bulk Services have the authorization to activated a box that was recently exchanged.
