Manual for X1 Box Model: Samsung SX022ANM

Today, I swapped my old box for a new one with voice remote: Model: Samsung SX022ANM

I was not provided with a manual. That model is not listed on the website. I contacted Samsung and was told to contact Comcast. How can it be that an X1 box that I am renting has no manual? Please advise me, Comcast.

What about it, Comcast? Can I get a manual? This device that I am renting is not listed on your site: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/cable-box-user-manuals

@VitaminE It looks like we have provided the information in PM, but would love to share the information with everyone else. We don't have a specific manual for the box. The box does not fully power off, so it can receive automatic updates.  

I no longer work for Comcast.
