Make the XR11 remote a guaranteed option!!!!!
We needed a new remote recently, and our local store straight up said they don't carry any remotes anymore, so we went to the next closest store. We were given an XR15v2-UQ. It is *horrible*! It barely works, and it won't pair with our TV. And the buttons are such a pain (why I hate this particular remote) that you have to be VERY careful to not accidentally hit it twice.
I refuse to pay shipping for a remote that I hate, but if I had the option of a guaranteed selection of the XR11 remote (that always works perfectly, and is easy to use!), I would happily do so! Heck, I'd probably order extras! Bring back the XR11 remote! I know for a fact that I'm not the only one that would prefer this model, as I saw another post from three days ago also complaining about the XR15.
