Make the XR11 remote a guaranteed option!!!!!

We needed a new remote recently, and our local store straight up said they don't carry any remotes anymore, so we went to the next closest store.  We were given an XR15v2-UQ.  It is *horrible*!  It barely works, and it won't pair with our TV.  And the buttons are such a pain (why I hate this particular remote) that you have to be VERY careful to not accidentally hit it twice.

I refuse to pay shipping for a remote that I hate, but if I had the option of a guaranteed selection of the XR11 remote (that always works perfectly, and is easy to use!), I would happily do so!  Heck, I'd probably order extras!  Bring back the XR11 remote!  I know for a fact that I'm not the only one that would prefer this model, as I saw another post from three days ago also complaining about the XR15.

buddykat Thank you so much for your post about remote options. Store locations may not have the Xr11 on hand but until we run out of the XR11 remote they would be the default option received when you request a new remote to get shipped out. It is correct we can not guarantee what option you get but if the Xr11 is available at the time it should be sent out first over the Xr15. I would be happy to see what we can do about the shipping options and I am not against sending you more than one if needed.
